President Bush and Big Oil's allies in Congress are trying to persuade the public that opening the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge and America's coastlines to oil drilling will lower gas prices. That's a lie! This land grab will boost profits for the oil giants and despoil our natural heritage, but it will do nothing to ease our pain at the pump.
