As the world's leading global warming polluter, America has an obligation to act now to avert the most catastrophic outcomes of the climate crisis. Scientists are telling us that a rise of more than two degrees Fahrenheit threatens to trigger the irreversible melting of the Greenland ice sheet, a 20-foot rise in sea levels, and the extinction of innumerable species. Tell your Senators to support amendments that will strengthen the Climate Security Act and then to pass it.
